• Items sold are not refundable/exchangeable
• Payment must be made within three (3) working days once your order is confirmed. Please inform via SMS and e-mail when you have banked in the payment, along with a proof of transaction.
• Items will be posted within one week after payment is made. The account number will be provided upon confirmation of order.
• Meet up for cash on delivery is available for the following locations in the weekends.

• K.i.R.A. will not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping. For this reason, all packages are sent with tracking.
